To simplify this, a Tele Medical Evaluation service has been introduced as part of the Post-Issuance Medical Offerings. Once the insurer initiates the request, the process begins with a qualified physician assigned to handle the evaluation. A telephonic appointment is set up for the medical examination, after which the physician submits the Medical Examination Report (MER) to the insurer.
Additionally, APIs are used to review and analyze the report before submission. The entire process is continuously improved based on user feedback to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Video Medical Evaluation
Video Medical Evaluation option has been introduced to streamline the medical evaluation process, minimizing effort and saving time for customers.
The process begins with the scheduling of a video call at the customer’s convenience. An MBBS physician conducts the medical examination during the call and compiles the required report. The necessary forms are digitally completed, processed, and securely stored in an online repository for record-keeping.
Every step of the process, from scheduling and consultation to report delivery, has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for the customer. APIs are utilized to analyze the Medical Examination Report (MER) before it is submitted to the insurer, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
